Signal Conditioning for high-throughput True Random Number Generator (TRNG)

TRNGs have many applications in statistical modeling, cryptography, and hardware security. Recently, a high-quality TRNG using van-der-Waals Heterojunction has been demonstrated by Prof. Kausik Majumdar’s group. In this collaborative project, we will aim to develop signal processing scheme and circuit systems that will significantly improve the entropy-rate of such TRNGs.
